Mountaineer Kamal Kaur Aims to gain Greece Trifecta at the World Championship

October 28: Mountaineer Kamal Kaur aims to gain Greece Trifecta to be held on the 4th November 2022, at Greece, the Mecca of Spartan.Since Madrid Kamal has already got Trifecta 9th and 10th.She achieved the 9th Trifecta in her hometown London at the European championship while the 10th Trifecta was in Australia at the Spartan Gold Coast.She also achieved the the 11th and 12th Trifecta in Malta.

In a recent announcement made by Indian based Life Coach and Mountaineer Kamal Kaur said “My main aim is to gain my shield in Greece for which I need to get 13 trifecta’s in the Spartan year. I only decided on this challenge and idea back in Mid July. This meant the race was on and now I’m trifecta chasing all over the world. I had or two when I had the idea this means hard work, planning and funding to make this happen quickly.

Spartan’s militaristic-style obstacle races have seen more than 7 million participants jump through fire and over the finish line after pushing their bodies and minds to limit across miles of unforgiving terrain while conquering signature obstacles such as the spear throw, bucket brigade and barbed wire crawl. Race events include three distances: the 5K 20 obstacle “Sprint;” 10K, 25 obstacle “Super;” and 21K , 30 obstacle “Beast,” which, when completed in one race season earns competitors the coveted “Trifecta” medal. All races are timed and feature Elite, Competitive and Open heats, along with Spartan Kids races designed to challenge youth ages four to 14 with special obstacles and trails. The Spartan Championship Series features global rankings which culminate into the Spartan World Championship, where the sport’s best male and female athletes collide in Abu Dhabi.

Spartan Endurance, created to bring participants to their breaking points and build them back up again include the 26.2-mile (or greater), 60 obstacle Ultra Beast; four and 12-hour Hurricane Heats, and 60 to 70-hour Agoge, which is based on the rite of passage ancient Spartan boys faced at the age of 7.
