The initiative will recognise both <strong>corporate<\/strong> and <strong>institutional excellence in skilling<\/strong>\u2014spotlighting startups, MSMEs, large enterprises, ITIs, GTTCs, polytechnics, training partners, districts, and community champions who are driving the state\u2019s skill movement forward.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrating the <strong>champions of Karnataka\u2019s skill ecosystem<\/strong>, the awards recognise progressive practices and collaborative models that promote <strong>inclusive growth, innovation, and workforce competitiveness<\/strong> across the state \u2014 spotlighting those who are contributing in making Karnataka <strong>India\u2019s Skill Capital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>A Refined Recognition Framework<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The <strong>2025 edition<\/strong> introduces a structured and benchmark-driven recognition framework that celebrates <strong>innovation, inclusivity, and measurable impact<\/strong> across two key streams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Corporate Excellence Awards<\/strong> \u2014 Recognising organisations across startups, SMEs, and large enterprises that are redefining skilling, upskilling, and workforce transformation. The awards will celebrate initiatives that promote <strong>apprenticeships and internships<\/strong>, <strong>inclusive skilling<\/strong> (women, PwD, underserved), and <strong>policy-level commitment<\/strong> to building a skilled workforce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Institutional Excellence Awards<\/strong> \u2014 Honouring the backbone of the skilling ecosystem: top-performing <strong>districts, ITIs, GTTCs, KGTTIs, polytechnics, training centres,<\/strong> and <strong>community partners<\/strong>. Special recognitions will also be presented to <strong>trainers, principals,<\/strong> and <strong>trainees<\/strong> for exemplary contributions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With <strong>more than 20+ awards spanning multiple industry sectors and segments<\/strong>, the Kaushalya Karnataka Awards 2025 offer a <strong>national and global platform<\/strong> to showcase impactful skilling initiatives that strengthen employability and competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations are <strong>free and open<\/strong> to all eligible organisations and institutions.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Government Leadership &amp; Ecosystem Partnership<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The <strong>Karnataka Skill Development Authority (KSDA)<\/strong> will lead the awards program as part of the Bengaluru Skill Summit.
