Mumbai (Maharastra) [India],November 6:<\/strong> <\/span>Supreme Power Equipment Limited(SPEL),\u00a0(NSE Code: SUPREMEPWR),\u00a0one of the\u00a0leading manufacturers of power and distribution transformers,\u00a0has\u00a0announced new\u00a0order inflow\u00a0worth\u00a0\u20b9\u00a04.62 Cr\u00a0and significant progress in the facility expansion, marking an advancement in its order book, geographic footprint, and capacity expansion initiatives.<\/p>\n

Order Book:<\/strong> With the addition of these new orders, the company\u2019s total order book now stands at\u00a0\u20b9\u00a061.32 Cr.\u00a0The orders acquired in October 2024 alone showcased\u00a0SPEL\u2019s\u00a0growing demand across diverse regions in India, further strengthening its domestic market position.<\/p>\n

Geographic Expansion:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kerala:<\/strong> A prestigious tea estate organization in Munnar, Kerala, has awarded Supreme Power an order worth \u20b9 2.72 Cr for the supply of two 20 MVA, 33\/11 KV power transformers. This order marks a milestone in expanding Supreme Power\u2019s presence in southern India.<\/p>\n

Lakshadweep:<\/strong> The Department of Electricity in Lakshadweep has entrusted the company with an order worth \u20b9 57.96 lakh, facilitating entry into this strategic market.<\/p>\n

An additional order valued at\u00a0\u20b9\u00a01.32 Cr was secured from a domestic entity, reinforcing SPEL\u2019s strong position as a trusted supplier to local utility providers.<\/p>\n

Capacity Expansion:<\/strong> Construction of a new manufacturing facility is currently underway, with 30% of the\u00a0construction work is over. This facility will significantly boost production capacity from 2,500 MVA to 9,000 MVA, allowing Supreme Power to cater to rising demand and broaden its service offerings. The project is progressing on schedule and is expected to be completed by December 2025.<\/p>\n
