She has recently ventured into the world of cinema by joining the upcoming psychological thriller “TWINNY” as an Associate Producer. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Raman’s illustrious career and highlights her versatile expertise beyond the banking realm. Raman’s transition showcases her passion for embracing new challenges and exploring diverse avenues of creativity.

Besides her training in Transformational coaching and image management, Saraswati  is a certified Independent Director from the Ministry of corporate affairs, Govt of India and is presently pursuing a certification in Global Corporate Governance and Environmental Social Governance Program.

As an accomplished trainer, her way of returning to the world through cinema the trauma a mental health patient goes through, having recovered through energy healing her own suffering as a wrongly diagnosed Schizophrenic patient having been medicated for 16 years, is that of knowing the pains and pangs first hand.

She stated, “Joining ‘TWINNY’ is an exciting opportunity to explore a different dimension of storytelling and engage with audiences on a deeper level.” She has her YouTube channel called “Puranas and its Secrets” where she posts narration of stories from her English translation of Srimad Mudgal Puran.

For her, teaching was a learning experience as she had the uncanny knack of picking up the problems shared by the staff on the field and come up with right solutions. So the greatest takeaway from her Banking career she says “is my ability to engage in deep conversations with clients, get their trust in telling me their problems and suggesting solutions, so problem solving became my second nature, third was to look at things from a global perspective and dive deep into the issues from there.”

Three values close to her heart are Authenticity, Integrity and Resilience. Explaining this she says, “I have followed them in my corporate Banking career and I feel it holds good for any age and any field of operation. When you are authentic, you bring your true self to the table. You are clear in your thinking, clear in your expression and also give a fair chance for the other person to be his or her authentic self. We often judge a person in a few seconds of our seeing or meeting, and an authentic self comes through and through in those first few seconds. Integrity is a quality developed over years of working on being your authentic self.”

“You keep weeding out every little nuance of not adhering to your values and tweaking your behavior and learning as you go along. All of it is integrated in what you present as the authentic You. Resilience is another great quality to have whether in personal or public life – get up every time you fall or fail or in corporate governance, to learn from the mistakes others make and build up on that to go stronger with greater confidence and sustainability. Knowing the limitations, know what to select and what to leave, the Viveka budhi, the power of discrimination is the ingredient that makes for resilience.”

She guides people on line and through personal consultations in Meditation and meaningful life practices to lead a purposeful life.  She also releases podcasts thrice a week on Spotify on the Ganesh Gita.
